We offer exchange services. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving order. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Customers are encouraged to review product details, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or a verified issue identified before shipment, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Shayaads reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, quality control concerns, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment authorization failures.
